Alternative Dispute Resolution

Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) refers to methods of resolving disputes that supplant the traditional courtroom battle.

ADR aims to alleviate the disadvantages of litigation: the high legal fees, the delays, the stress, and the worsening of the relationship between the parties (especially in family law cases).

There are many types of ADR. The most popular are Mediation, Mediation / Arbitration, “Pure” Arbitration, and Collaborative Law.

Our lawyers are experienced in all of these options. They can advise you as to which procedure is best for you, and then guide you through the chosen process.

The goal is always to get you a fair result, at a reasonable price, in a reasonable length of time.
